IMATA Logistics was founded by Adindu Francis Maduekwe to address the lack of accountability, financial discipline, and reliable infrastructure in Enugu's last-mile delivery ecosystem. Leveraging his Computer Science degree from Coventry University and ongoing MSc in Financial Technology at University of Liverpool, he designed IMATA as a structured, infrastructure-first logistics platform rather than a traditional dispatch service.

The system integrates ledger-backed transactions, credit control, risk monitoring, and transparent operational workflows, enabling real-time visibility across riders, admins, and enterprise clients.

IMATA is built for scalable, city-by-city expansion through standardized processes, strong governance, and technology-driven logistics operations, with the goal of becoming one of Nigeria's most structured and enterprise-ready intra-city delivery networks.
